Kindly ensure that you are using a card that is tied to your own bank account, and that is the same bank account you are inputting for your bank statement and disbursement account.
Always make sure to use your bank card linked to your account, that will not expire within the duration of your loan tenure and that has been activated for tokenization by your bank. Also ensure the account linked to the card is funded with at least N200 to cover the validation charge, as well as complete the transaction as quickly as possible over a strong internet connection to guarantee a successful card binding process.
Verve cards are currently NOT tokenizable by Paystack, so please use a Mastercard or Visa card tied to your account.
Kindly note that every N50 charged without a successful tokenization will be refunded either immediately or within 14 days according to Paystack's policy.
